Windows built-in report
Use the System Information app already on your PC. It reports installed RAM, CPU and motherboard without an extra download.
Show built-in report steps
- Press Windows + R, enter msinfo32, then press Enter.
- Choose File → Export and save a .txt report.
- Choose that file using Import hardware report below.
English Windows text exports, up to 2 MB. Module type, speed and part numbers may be unavailable in this format.
Choose the RamRadar scanner JSON or built-in Windows text report. Read locally, up to 2 MB; the original file is never uploaded or saved by this site. Reports from another PC work too.
Importing looks up the reported part names and automatically selects unique catalog matches.
Optional browser check (cannot read installed RAM)
Runs locally when you click. Reads available graphics, memory, display, battery, connection and browser storage information. Exact CPU, motherboard and installed RAM need a report or manual entry.
Initially selected when privacy settings allow it. Uncheck to opt out; we remember your choice. RAM Finder still works without contributing.
Statistics sharing is off because of your analytics preferences or privacy signal.
What statistics are shared?
Independent coarse daily counts of memory tiers, CPU/GPU vendors and report coverage, kept for 90 days. No exact builds, hardware model names, raw reports, personal names or IDs. Your site analytics preferences also apply. Turning sharing off stops future submissions; already aggregated counts cannot identify your contribution.
